Job Description:

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented IP Associate (2+ years PQE) to join its highly ranked team in London. This is a standout opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional IP experience, particularly in life sciences and technology sectors, to work on cutting-edge licensing, collaborations, and commercial deals for global clients.

Job Responsibility:

Drafting and negotiating IP licenses, R&D agreements, and tech transfer deals
advising on cross-border transactions and the IP aspects of M&A
managing high-profile client relationships and driving business development
supervising juniors and leading matters from start to finish

Requirements:

2+ years PQE in IP transactions
life sciences experience a strong plus
strong technical skills with a commercial, solutions-driven approach
keen to take ownership, build a practice, and work closely with partners
interest in innovation-driven sectors like biotech, AI, or digital health
