As an IoT Test Lead Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Vodafone’s IoT Hyper Connect services reach our customers with exceptional quality. You’ll design and lead the full test strategy across projects, making sure that testing environments, tools, and configurations are always ready for use. You’ll evaluate testing needs, plan timelines and resources, manage suppliers, and keep stakeholders informed with clear, confident updates. Acting as the central contact point for all Hyper Connect testing topics, you’ll help shape smooth, high‑quality releases while continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and optimise costs without compromising on excellence.

Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science or a similar field
Strong experience in test leadership, ideally 6+ years in end‑to‑end delivery
Knowledge of Online Charging Systems, DCCA, CRM platforms, and Agile/SAFe ways of working
Confidence working with tools such as JIRA/Xray and Confluence
A background in automation testing with the ability to choose the right tools and solutions
Experience operating in a multinational, matrix environment and collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, analytical strength, and a proactive, curious mindset
