Job Responsibility

Support the integration of electricity meters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and site control equipment with Enel X digital platforms
Configure and commission industrial communication interfaces including Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus RTU (RS485), pulse counters, power meters etc
Assist with onboarding and configuration of IoT devices and communication gateways for energy assets
Provide technical support for deployed metering and control hardware, including remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
Analyse energy and device telemetry data to identify operational issues and improve system performance
Assist with grid compliance testing and validation of metering and control systems
Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of energy metering and control of hardware and software
Develop and maintain internal documentation, integration guides, and technical procedures
Write and maintain automation scripts or tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Provide first-level technical support for customer queries related to metering and control installations
