The IoT Engagement Manager is responsible for driving customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of IoT projects. This role involves liaising between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IoT solutions. The Engagement Manager plays a critical role in understanding strategic customer needs, fostering relationships, and aligning project objectives with business goals.
Job Responsibility
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, understanding their business needs and objectives related to IoT solutions.
Vendor Relationship Management: manage and handle all the vendor requirements and validate all the actuals on ground understanding of their business and technical needs related to IoT solutions.
Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end execution of IoT projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans for technical, project management and finance teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular communication between customers and all the internal teams, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges
Requirements
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills along with the ability to interrelate effectively with different stakeholders.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mega projects or customer engagement roles, preferably in the IoT or technology sector.
Agile methodologies awareness and familiarly with Agile tools (Preferably Agile PO Certified).
Commercial awareness.
Project and resource management skills.
Passionate about transforming lives of digitally excluded consumers, with an ability to uncover needs and design features to serve this unique segment
Understanding of IoT technologies, platforms, and solutions.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
