Job Description

This contract role supports day-to-day operations of the organization’s mobile device management (MDM) program. The position focuses on coordinating device deployment, configuration, vendor interactions, and issue resolution to ensure mobile devices remain reliable and ready for operational use. The role works closely with internal teams, external partners, and support vendors to maintain stable and predictable mobile technology operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Support daily MDM operations for iOS mobile devices, including deployment, configuration, assignment, and lifecycle tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal technology teams, and Tier 1 support to resolve device, application, and connectivity issues
  • Serve as an escalation point for more complex mobile device issues and assist with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Maintain device inventory, data plans, and related documentation
  • Assist with configuration changes, updates, and process improvements related to mobile device management
  • Create and maintain basic support documentation and knowledge resources
  • Support frontline staff and internal stakeholders with MDM-related questions and processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting mobile devices, endpoint management, or enterprise technology operations
  • Hands-on experience with iOS devices in a managed enterprise environment (iPads, iPhones)
  • Familiarity with mobile device management tools and Apple device ecosystems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, operational environment
