Job Responsibility:
As a Lead will collaborate with customer internal teams to design, modify and develop applications for the financial services industry
Requires specialized knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and deep experience in integrating related disciplinary knowledge
Leads disciplinary or cross-functional program of notable risk
uses sophisticated analytical thought to identify innovative solutions
Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Acts as advisor to management and key external stakeholders on broad-ranging projects
Mentor and lead other developers enabling them to work independently
Lead development efforts, provide input into architectural and design decisions, provide realistic estimates
Design and develop solutions working with other internal groups such as architecture, design team, dev ops and enterprise security to ensure alignment with enterprise technology direction and standards
Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback
Lead discussions to drive tactical vs. strategic decisions, outlining trade-offs
Requirements:
Typically requires a completed technical degree and 8+ years of relevant, progressive experience
Stays up to date with latest App Store requirements and latest IOS features
Proven experience of full lifecycle support of IOS applications, from development to publishing and support
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with IOS SDK, Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective C
Experience writing multi-threaded and networked apps
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Able to operate with openness and efficiency with one or more SDLC methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
Actively seeks feedback and guidance to improve technical skills (e.g., through submitting work for code review)
Works with existing data models and schemas and suggests changes and improvements where necessary
Debugs and fixes your own software with minimal assistance
Practices automated testing and tests your work in an automated and repeatable way
