Job Description

Our client, a global media company, is looking for an Invoicing Associate to join their team! This will be an onsite role working out of their office in Nashville. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of accounts payable experience, prior experience with ERP systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting team with end-to-end procure-to-pay process
  • Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order creation and processing invoice payments
  • Answering and resolving inquiries related to vendor payments
  • Resolving aged invoices and purchase orders
  • Assisting suppliers and customers with service issue inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred
  • 1+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, vlookups, etc.)
  • SAP or Oracle experience is preferred, knowledge of any ERP system required
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
