Job Description

The purpose of this position is to support the examination process. Invigilators are appointed by the University for maintaining the proper conduct of a particular examination in accordance with the exam regulations. It is the duty of the exam invigilator to supervise the examination candidates to prevent cheating during the examination. Invigilators are required to ensure that all the exams are carried out according to Examination policy and University policy.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have at least passed FSLC or equivalent higher examination
  • Applicants must not be a current staff member or student of FNU
  • Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively, deal with challenging circumstances, and effectively handle large and diverse groups of people
  • Applicant must be a team worker, punctual, attentive and vigilant at all times
  • Experience in exam supervision in the education sector will be a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work flexible hours
