Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and distribute investor reporting packages
  • Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor communications
  • Maintain investor data and support onboarding for new funds and investors
  • Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, and external consultants
  • Assist with compliance, tax, and investor documentation
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in investor services or financial operations
  • Financial Services Experience required
  • Advanced Excel and familiarity with fund accounting/CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or related field

Nice to have:

Experience with compliance or tax processes a plus
