The person will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end process of borrower covenant monitoring, annual credit reviews, compliance reporting, and the ongoing administration of credit facilities. This role serves as the central coordination point between Front Office, Risk, Legal, Loan Admin, and external Agents to ensure that borrower obligations are met, internal controls are maintained, and regulatory and credit requirements are complied
Job Responsibility
Communication: Acting as a liaison between applicants, underwriters, and loan officers to resolve questions and missing information
Compliance: Ensuring all files adhere to company policies and federal/state lending regulations
Efficiency: Meeting deadlines and managing multiple applications simultaneously to ensure timely closing
Data Verification: Reviewing loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance, checking credit reports, and verifying employment/income
Document Management: Collecting, organizing, and preparing loan files (tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements) for underwriting review
Requirements
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing financial documents
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for updating borrowers and collaborating with internal teams
Technical Skills: Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge: Understanding of lending regulations and underwriting terminology
Experience: Typically 2+ years of experience in the consumer loan or mortgage industry
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
