Job Description:

About the Company: A leading global retail company with over 3,500 stores worldwide (roughly ¥2.8 trillion in sales in 2023). About the Position: - Quickly and appropriately explaining performance and management policies to investor and stakeholders. - Convey information on growth strategies, management policies, risks, and ESG to the market to strengthen trust with stakeholders. - Acquire stable shareholders who hold long-term shares. - Quarterly financial results briefings - Monthly announcements - ESG-related dialogue, event planning and management

Job Responsibility:

Quickly and appropriately explaining performance and management policies to investor and stakeholders
Convey information on growth strategies, management policies, risks, and ESG to the market to strengthen trust with stakeholders
Acquire stable shareholders who hold long-term shares
Quarterly financial results briefings
Monthly announcements
ESG-related dialogue, event planning and management

Requirements:

Experience in IR department of a business company
English proficiency Toeic 750+
Proactive and ability to take ownership
