The role focuses on managing investor relations (IR) and communications to support financial reporting and shareholder engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare investor communication materials and participate in meetings
  • Coordinate shareholder meetings and communication
  • Conduct external environment and competitor analysis using financial data and market reports
  • Develop IR strategies for domestic and international investors

Requirements

  • IR experience in a publicly listed company, including extensive interaction with international or English speaking institutional investors
  • Ability to analyze disclosure information of domestic and international companies, derive insights related to business performance, and implement improvements based on findings
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to engage with investors and reviewing IR-related materials
