We are looking for a detail-oriented Investor Relations specialist to join a financial services organization on a contract basis in New York, New York. This role supports investor communications, reporting, and marketing initiatives while helping maintain accurate materials and data for current and prospective investors. The position is well suited for someone who can coordinate across teams, manage multiple deliverables, and contribute to a strong investor experience.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to investor requests and help maintain clear, timely communication across multiple channels
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support investor-facing activities
Coordinate due diligence activities for prospective investors, including scheduling discussions, organizing documentation, and following up on outstanding questions
Partner with internal teams to collect and validate information used in investor reporting, compliance support, and performance updates
Maintain and enhance content within the firm's content management tools as part of ongoing investor relations support
Update investor records and databases to ensure information remains accurate, complete, and accessible
Keep diligence materials and frequently requested documents current and ready for distribution
Complete investor questionnaires and work with fund administration contacts to help resolve onboarding-related issues
Support the creation of marketing collateral for a global investor audience, including institutional and private capital groups
Oversee website content related to investor relations, ensuring disclosures and published information remain accurate and aligned with best practices
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment management, hedge funds, or a similar financial services environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience supporting business analysis activities, document review, or process-focused workstreams
Ability to manage investor communications and service requests with professionalism and attention to detail
Comfortable coordinating across teams and tracking multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Agile Scrum or gap analysis concepts is beneficial
Exposure to credit and/or derivatives products is preferred
Knowledge of content management systems and investor data platforms is a plus
