With over 15 years of experience investing in and managing renewable assets, OEGen has acquired more than 350 assets, representing over 4GW of generating capacity across 20 countries. Our team of 160 professionals operates across Core, Core+ and Value-Add strategies. The Growth team, currently composed of seven professionals, is responsible for fundraising across our strategies. You will work closely with the Head of Asia Distribution and the Head of Europe Distribution, supporting fundraising efforts across these regions.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and updating marketing materials and investor presentations
  • Organise roadshows, investor meetings, and events
  • Maintain and optimise the CRM system
  • Identify and develop new investor leads
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis
  • Support broader fundraising initiatives and strategic projects

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in German: Ability to accurately translate marketing materials and communicate professionally with DACH-region institutional investors
  • Some exposure, experience or degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • an interest in the Renewable Energy, Infrastructure or Fund Management sectors is preferred
  • High Proficiency in MS Office: Specifically PowerPoint for pitch book formatting and Excel for maintaining investor trackers and data
  • Organisational & Project Management Skills: The ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Proactive "Sales" Mindset: A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, conduct research into prospective leads, and follow up on action items
  • The ability to act as a professional point of contact for high-net-worth or institutional clients and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail
