Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end quarterly Investor Relations cycle for VodafoneThree UK, coordinating everything from timelines and inputs to governance and final submissions
Turn complex financial and non-financial performance into clear, balanced, investor-ready narratives, ensuring there’s a single, trusted version of the truth
Create high-quality briefing packs, decks and talking points that bring UK performance to life across trading, KPIs, regulation, competition and the wider macro environment
Act as the day-to-day bridge between the UK business and Group Investor Relations and Finance, aligning messages and ensuring consistency across all Group materials
Work closely with teams across Consumer, Business, Wholesale/MVNO, Network & Technology, and Legal & Regulatory to bring together a joined-up UK view
Prepare and directly brief the UK CFO and CEO ahead of investor moments and Group forums, equipping them with confident, concise and compelling messages
Anticipate investor questions and build crisp, evidence-backed Q&A on core commercial topics such as revenue, ARPU, churn, pricing, network investment and costs
Track competitors, regulatory developments and market trends, translating what’s happening externally into clear implications for UK performance and outlook
Continuously improve how we work—running post-quarter reviews, refining templates and helping to raise the bar for best practice across the wider organisation
Requirements:
Strong FP&A or Commercial Finance background from a complex, fast-moving environment
Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and executives, influencing and advising with confidence
Experience creating investor-grade narratives, presentations and Q&A, grounded in robust analysis
Solid understanding of UK telco performance drivers, such as revenue, ARPU, churn, mix, MVNO/wholesale and cost management
Highly capable in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
