Job Description

You’ll step into a truly career‑defining role at a moment of real transformation. As we bring together two major organisations to create the UK’s biggest mobile network, you’ll be right at the centre of the story—shaping how our performance, progress and ambition are understood by investors and senior leaders. You won’t just report the numbers; you’ll help tell the story of a new company taking shape.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end quarterly Investor Relations cycle for VodafoneThree UK, coordinating everything from timelines and inputs to governance and final submissions
  • Turn complex financial and non-financial performance into clear, balanced, investor-ready narratives, ensuring there’s a single, trusted version of the truth
  • Create high-quality briefing packs, decks and talking points that bring UK performance to life across trading, KPIs, regulation, competition and the wider macro environment
  • Act as the day-to-day bridge between the UK business and Group Investor Relations and Finance, aligning messages and ensuring consistency across all Group materials
  • Work closely with teams across Consumer, Business, Wholesale/MVNO, Network & Technology, and Legal & Regulatory to bring together a joined-up UK view
  • Prepare and directly brief the UK CFO and CEO ahead of investor moments and Group forums, equipping them with confident, concise and compelling messages
  • Anticipate investor questions and build crisp, evidence-backed Q&A on core commercial topics such as revenue, ARPU, churn, pricing, network investment and costs
  • Track competitors, regulatory developments and market trends, translating what’s happening externally into clear implications for UK performance and outlook
  • Continuously improve how we work—running post-quarter reviews, refining templates and helping to raise the bar for best practice across the wider organisation

Requirements

  • Strong FP&A or Commercial Finance background from a complex, fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and executives, influencing and advising with confidence
  • Experience creating investor-grade narratives, presentations and Q&A, grounded in robust analysis
  • Solid understanding of UK telco performance drivers, such as revenue, ARPU, churn, mix, MVNO/wholesale and cost management
  • Highly capable in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

What we offer

  • Great pay, bonuses, up to 28 days off plus bank holidays, paid time for charity work
  • Personalise benefits for you and your family, like discounts, vouchers, a pension plan and loads more
  • Amazing learning tools and top-notch parental leave policies
