Join Decidr and shape our investor narrative. We’re hiring an Investor Relations Manager to help shape and share the story of Decidr AI Industries (DAI:ASX) and its portfolio companies. You’ll work closely with the CFO and Executive Chairman to deliver clear, disciplined market communications—and ensure investors understand how we’re executing across the group. This part-time role focuses on outcomes, not hours. It’s built for someone who writes well, thinks clearly, and knows how to operate with pace, discretion, and good judgment.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft ASX announcements, results decks, and investor Q&A
  • Support earnings preparation and shareholder communications for DAI:ASX
  • Maintain the IR calendar and coordinate market engagement moments
  • Monitor market activity and summarise investor sentiment
  • Align messaging across performance, strategy, and disclosure touchpoints

Requirements

  • 4–8 years’ experience in investor relations, ECM, investment banking, or corporate finance
  • Clear writing and strong financial literacy
  • Familiarity with ASX reporting and disclosure processes
  • Calm, responsive, and reliable in high-sensitivity situations

Nice to have

experience in tech, AI, or listed high-growth environments
