The Investor Relations Associate will support the firm’s capital raising, investor communications, and reporting efforts. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors while ensuring a best-in-class investor experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate investment environment.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests
Maintain regular communication with investors regarding fund performance, capital calls, distributions, and updates
Assist in onboarding new investors and managing subscription documentation
Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting materials, including performance summaries and investor letters
Work closely with asset management, accounting, and finance teams to gather accurate reporting data
Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems
Assist in preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials
Support due diligence requests from prospective investors
Help coordinate investor meetings, webinars, and events
Track capital commitments, contributions, and distributions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain organized digital and physical records of investor documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial services
Strong financial literacy and understanding of real estate investment structures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset
