Job Description:

RFP Homes is looking for an Investor Advisor to guide real estate investors through acquiring off-market and distressed investment properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You'll work directly with individual investors and small investment groups, helping them identify profitable opportunities from our exclusive inventory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Convert prospected and inbound leads into live deals and maintain relationship throughout the property acquisition process
  • maintaining contact with investors by answering questions, providing market insights, and ensuring a quality experience
  • Convert successful investors (completed assignments) into repeat-business, long-term investment relationships
  • Daily updating and input in Salesforce CRM, logging all contacts and presented deals, maintaining up-to-date information to assist with management decision-making and inventory allocation
  • Develop robust understanding of RFP Homes' property inventory, market conditions, and investment strategies to competently and confidently communicate to potential investors and represent the company with professionalism, knowledge and integrity

Requirements:

  • Experience in a general sales, real estate, or client relationship management role
  • real estate brokerage, property management, or investment property experience a plus
  • Ownership or strong interest in pursuing ownership of real estate investment properties
  • Salesforce or comparable CRM software experience (preferred)
  • Driven and confident with strong desire to succeed and hit high assignment targets
  • Positive attitude, accountability, and ability to thrive with a commission-oriented compensation structure
