Job Responsibility

  • Producing portfolio MI reporting for senior stakeholders across Investments and Risk
  • Managing and validating data while supporting the development of asset data models
  • Running operational processes to enhance front office decision-making
  • Implementing new reporting and data workflow technologies to improve efficiency
  • Contributing to the optimisation of our product-led operating model
  • Providing cross-coverage for critical reporting and operational activities
  • Engaging stakeholders and testing changes to ensure positive customer outcomes
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in middle office or investment MI reporting roles
  • Good understanding of financial services and investment asset classes, especially Fixed Income or Private Assets
  • Advanced Excel skills (including macros/VBA) and familiarity with data analytics tools
  • Experience in process improvement and data automation
  • Ability to analyse large data sets and maintain high accuracy standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
