As an Investment Marketing Lead Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our CIO insights, investment strategies, and global market intelligence come to life through compelling storytelling and client-ready content. You will work closely with the Head of Investment Marketing and the CIO office to translate complex investment ideas into clear, impactful narratives that resonate with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) audiences across all channels and regions.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the Head of Investment Marketing and CIO teams to translate investment outlooks, thematic insights, and portfolio strategies into high-impact content for clients and advisors
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns showcasing Citi Wealth's investment leadership and solutions suite
Create and manage editorial calendars aligned to market events, CIO outlooks, and content priorities
Draft and edit client-facing materials including articles, thought-leadership pieces, social posts, email briefs, and digital assets that bring investment perspectives to life
Collaborate with internal and agency partners to ensure consistency of message, tone, and visual identity across all content touchpoints
Analyze engagement metrics and client/advisor feedback to optimize content performance and relevance
Support event-driven investment content (e.g., market updates, Signals, CIO briefings) and ensure seamless distribution through Citi Wealth channels
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup
Requirements:
6-10 years of experience in investment or wealth marketing, ideally within global financial institutions, asset managers, or private banks
Proven ability to interpret and simplify complex investment topics (macro outlooks, asset allocation, alternative investments, portfolio strategy) for sophisticated audiences
Strong understanding of content strategy and digital amplification—from long-form thought leadership to social, video, and internal channels
Excellent writing, editing, and project-management skills
