We currently have a fixed term contract available within our Investment Management Department for an Investment Administrator until the end of 2026. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the ongoing administration of externally managed customer portfolios.
Job Responsibility:
Account opening and closures, ensuring that all relevant account opening documents and agreements are completed
Processing all cash transfers between third parties and the company in line with customer requests
Identification, investigation and resolution of third party and customer queries
Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders
Supporting other team members
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an investment-related or similar role, with an active interest in investments
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
Ability to organise and work to strict deadlines
Have a flexible and adaptable attitude
Team Player
Strong accuracy, particularly when inputting data
