Job Description:

Ingka Treasury is recruiting for an Investment Technology Solution Analyst as part of the Ingka Treasury Technology team. The role involves solution delivery, continuous improvement, supplier engagement, compliance, and project participation in a multicultural and multinational environment.

Job Responsibility:

Be accountable for solution delivery of the assigned investment-related solution(s) including business development, release management, life cycle management, day-to-day operations, business continuity, and business support
Lead continuous improvement of the investment solution(s)
Lead supplier engagement for the assigned solution(s), with a focus on operational delivery
Responsible for creating and maintaining a solution roadmap and architecture
Ensure solution compliance with internal rules and standards (e.g., information security, segregation of duties, privileged access management), as well as legal and regulatory requirements
Fully understand and manage the solution-specific configuration, functionality, processes, and information (ownership ultimately resides with the business)
Responsible for solution testing (planning and execution) and phased release management
Deliver training and supporting materials related to the solution
Lead or participate in various Investment projects and pre-studies
Identify and drive ongoing operational improvements, including the adoption of best practices and providing 2nd line support
Own the solution’s change management and release processes

Requirements:

2 years of similar experience within Treasury/Investments
hands-on experience with application and service management
good listener and communicator (English)
good analytical skills
business mindset
previous experience with key stakeholder engagement, project management and change management
knowledge of Ingka’s business model and a reasonable understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
in-depth understanding of the functional details of treasury/investments and how it is implemented in the respective technology solutions (BlackRock Aladdin, Quantum, Bloomberg, 360T, SWIFT, Financial Market Data etc.)
good understanding for digital solutions and the value of data
understanding of business process and their implementation
project management and related change management
fluent in English (both spoken and written)
