Job Summary: Title: Investment Services Presentation Specialist. Location: Boston. Onsite Requirements: Onsite. Duration: 6+ months. Industry: Financial Services. Must be able to format excel data into presentable information for presentations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of client-facing and marketing materials, including pitchbooks, presentations, fact sheets, summaries, and standard reports
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and client service teams to respond to client and prospect requests
  • Assist with marketing programs and initiatives such as events, webinars, digital campaigns, and other promotional efforts
  • Contribute to product-related marketing efforts, including updates and new offering rollouts
  • Translate investment concepts, performance data, and strategy details into clear, compelling presentation materials
  • Source data and content internally and perform basic analysis as needed to support materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with investment teams, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Help improve and maintain internal processes related to presentation and marketing material production

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting marketing, client service, or presentation materials within asset management, hedge funds, or financial services
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and performance metrics
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including formatting, layout, and data visualization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new investment products, strategies, and internal processes
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must be able to format excel data into presentable information for presentations
