Job Description

Investment Sales Associate (ISA) is the entry role to our extensive, multi-year Investment Sales Desk Development Program (ISDP). As part of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) - Intermediary Investment Client Group, we offer a collaborative, competitive and high energy sales environment. The ISA role will prepare and expose you to many facets of financial services and investment products.

Job Responsibility

  • Consulting with financial advisor clients via phone and Zoom
  • Provide valuable market insight, investment product overviews, and portfolio construction ideas to help financial advisors achieve their client’s financial goals
  • Grow foundational knowledge of the financial industry
  • Pro-active client engagement to initiate new client relationships and sales opportunities
  • Support financial advisor clients in the growth and impact of their financial wellness planning and advisory practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Series 7 & Series 63 licenses required (may be attained in role)
  • Commitment to growing technical knowledge of the financial industry
  • Passion for capital markets and investment products
  • Aptitude and dedication for constant learning and self-improvement
  • Team player, confident, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communicator, excited to engage clients
  • Appreciate the challenge of working in a goal and results oriented environment

Nice to have

Experience in financial services and sales is helpful, but not required
