Job Description

As an Investment Products Development Associate, you’ll join our growing Investment Products division in Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Satispay’s Investment Firm. You'll be a key senior member of this nascent division within the Satispay Group, playing an instrumental role in driving our ambitious plans to expand the scope of this business.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of new investment product initiatives - with a focus on simplicity, transparency, and user-centric design
  • Define, evaluate and pursue strategic business lines for potential future investment products offering - exploring areas such as crypto, thematic investments, pensions, trading platform, robo-advisory
  • Navigate and operate effectively within a regulated financial institution - balancing innovation with strong risk and compliance frameworks
  • Serve in management capacity of the licensed MIFID investment firm - ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory obligations
  • Relationship building and stakeholder engagement - build and maintain relationships with key marketplace participants, including traditional investment and blockchain platforms and fund managers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to bring new investment offerings to market
  • Act as a thought partner - on the long-term growth and direction of Satispay’s investment offering

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in financial services, ideally in investment product development, strategy, or within a regulated investment firm
  • Track record of successfully driving new business initiatives – from concept to execution
  • Strong understanding of EU financial regulations – with direct experience navigating MIFID II frameworks and/or VASP/MiCA crypto framework
  • Familiar with regulatory regimes in Luxembourg and/or Italy
  • Strong Interest or experience in digital assets or crypto markets – considered a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Passion for Fintech and innovation
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of Italian considered a strong advantage
