Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Portfolio Control Associate as part of Wealth and Investment Management. The role involves identifying and assessing investment risk, reviewing portfolio risk, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with business group to identify and assess current and emerging investment risk
Review basic portfolio risk and measure investment risk
Analyze findings and assess effectiveness of portfolio asset allocation strategies
Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

6+ months of investment portfolio control experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Proven analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or demonstrated progress toward the designation
Series 7 license
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment
Experience building effective partnerships to achieve goals to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel
Experience programming in SQL, Python, SAS or R
BS/BA degree or higher in finance, accounting, or economics

Nice to have:

Experience programming in SQL, Python, SAS or R
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or demonstrated progress toward the designation
