Investment Operations Senior Specialist

• Ensure accurate and efficient execution of transactions across public and private investment portfolios, including domestic and foreign securities, fixed income, equities, derivatives, private placements, real estate equity, and mortgage loans
• Partner with bank representatives, brokers, traders, and front‑office teams to support timely and accurate trade settlement
• Respond to inquiries related to investment holdings, transactions, and activity
• Maintain and validate investment data for complex security types across multiple systems
• Perform reconciliations and collaborate with internal business partners to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate investment positions, commitment updates, and critical investment attributes
• Investigate and resolve cash receivable and payable exceptions
• Conduct in‑depth analysis related to investment holdings, trading activity, and investment initiatives as requested
• Train and support new team members and serve as a subject‑matter resource for assigned investment types and procedures
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments that impact investment operations and processing
• Assist with developing and implementing process improvements, new initiatives, procedures, and workflows
• Participate in system enhancements, projects, and upgrades
• may take a leadership role in areas of expertise
• Review and interpret legal and investment documentation to ensure adherence to contractual terms and amendments

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, management, information systems, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of related investment operations experience preferred
• Experience supporting a variety of investment asset classes and transaction types
• Prior experience with investment operations and/or accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
