Job Description

We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Operations Application Support Analyst opportunity with a leading investment management organization. This position sits at the intersection of investment operations, portfolio accounting, and technology support. The individual will support the portfolio accounting platform, troubleshoot operational and data-related issues, maintain security master data, and serve as a key resource for investment operations and trading teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Support portfolio accounting and investment operations systems
  • Perform security setup and maintenance using Bloomberg data
  • Investigate and resolve trade processing, data, and application support issues
  • Monitor end-of-day processing and exception management
  • Query and update data using SQL
  • Partner with operations, trading, and technology teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Support reporting, data validation, and corporate actions processing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in investment operations, portfolio accounting, settlements, fund accounting, or a related investment management environment
  • Strong understanding of fixed income securities
  • derivatives exposure is a plus
  • Experience with Bloomberg
  • Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, updates)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
