Investment Operations Associate - Boston, MA. Our client, a large financial services firm, is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to support daily operational workflows related to investment activity. This role involves reviewing transactions, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting ongoing operational processes to ensure timely and accurate portfolio administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support daily investment operations
  • Review transaction activity and confirm completion of expected cash and investment movements
  • Monitor shared inboxes and route communications to appropriate team members
  • Review cash activity and assist with upcoming money movement needs
  • Organize and maintain investment-related documents and files
  • Submit operational requests related to activity booking and reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in investment operations or a related financial services role (flexible to strong internship/co‑op backgrounds)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with custodial or transaction processing systems preferred
