Investment Operation Executive

• Support the full investment lifecycle, from capital calls to asset deployment and investor transactions
• Assist in fund accounting—including NAV reporting, investor updates, and cash flow monitoring
• Participate in fund structuring, client onboarding, and compliance (KYC/AML)
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
• Handle payment processing, reconciliations, and maintain financial records
• Liaise with banks, fund administrators, and auditors to coordinate operations
• Contribute to workflow improvements and support automation initiatives

• 2–3 years’ experience in audit or accounting (Big 4 or fund audit is a plus)
• A proactive learner with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently, solve problems analytically, and meet deadlines
• Eager to grow in a dynamic environment with a fast-growing team

Big 4 or fund audit experience

• Transition into asset management—no prior fund experience needed
• Get hands-on exposure to PE/VC fund operations and investor management
