Job Responsibility:
Source and originate investment opportunities across target areas within the evolving content, media, and IP ecosystem
Lead end-to-end deal analysis, including market mapping, commercial assessment, and detailed financial modelling
Drive term sheet generation, negotiation, and execution in collaboration with senior stakeholders and legal advisors
Manage and coordinate structured due diligence processes across commercial, financial, product, and strategic workstreams
Prepare high-quality investment memoranda and present clear, insight-led recommendations to the Investment Committee
Act as a key point of contact for portfolio companies, supporting performance monitoring, strategic initiatives, and value creation
Support investor relations activity, including portfolio analysis, reporting inputs, and engagement with LPs as required
Contribute to fund-level planning, deployment strategy, and ongoing portfolio analytics
Represent the fund externally at relevant industry events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings
Ad hoc tasks to support the Partners and wider business
Requirements:
5 years' experience in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, or a similarly rigorous environment
Proven experience leading deal analysis from initial assessment through to execution
Ability to develop and articulate clear investment theses and independent views on markets, products, and management teams
Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging founders, advisors, and senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
Exposure to creative industries, technology-enabled platforms, digital media, creator economy, or IP-led businesses
Professional qualifications (CFA, ACA, or similar) are a bonus though not essential
