We are working with a leading international real estate investment manager who are looking for an Investment Management Associate to join their London-based team. The role is working on a very high profile JV portfolio, overseeing a multi-billion-euro, pan-European industrial portfolio, investing across the UK and Continental Europe. The strategy is delivered in partnership with a major global institutional investor, and offers significant exposure to senior leader ship across both businesses, This is a broad and highly commercial role, combining investment management, asset management, fund analysis and divestment activity. It offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of real estate investments, from portfolio strategy through to execution.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the management of a large-scale European industrial portfolio
Leading hold/sell analysis, refinancing and divestment processes across multiple jurisdictions
Preparing and presenting portfolio performance reporting to institutional capital partners
Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including weekly performance updates and strategic discussions
Working closely with in-country teams, leasing specialists and third-party advisors to gather and analyse asset-level data
Contributing to broader fund strategy, portfolio optimisation and capital allocation decisions
Requirements:
3 - 5 years’ experience in real estate investment, asset management or fund analysis
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and portfolio analysis
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across multiple geographies
Commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and contribute to strategic decision-making
European real estate exposure is essential
Industrial expertise is highly desirable but not essential
