What is the opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Management Assistant to join our Dublin team on a 12 month FTC. In this role you will predominantly support our Investment Managers in preparing and implementing new client accounts, as well as supporting the ongoing maintenance of the accounts. Should you be shortlisted, please let us know if you have any specific requirements for the interview. This is a full-time role and requires 4 days on-site at our Dublin office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Investment Managers in coordinating account opening packs for new client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance
  • Respond to client requests, such as providing tax data, and handle all associated client administration functions
  • Assist Investment Managers in organizing meetings and preparing presentations, pitches, and reviews
  • Ensure all work is completed according to procedures and standards, verifying accuracy
  • Support business development through correct application of client processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Onboarding and Financial Planning services
  • Prepare and implement client documents for clients and Investment Managers
  • Communicate with accountants and clients regarding tax queries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
