Job Description:

My client, a US headquartered law firm with multiple offices worldwide, is seeking a Mid-senior level investment funds lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join their growing team in London. They specialize in advising fund managers on private equity, infrastructure, growth, VC, and private credit funds, as well as institutional investors on various private fund investments.

Job Responsibility:

Managing junior lawyers and helping them develop
Managing and developing client relationships and helping the firm with its BD activities.

Requirements:

Advising fund managers on the establishment, structuring and management/operation of a broad range of Private Equity, Infrastructure, growth, VC and private credit funds
Advising institutional investors on their investments/co-investments into various private funds
Managing junior lawyers and helping them develop
Managing and developing client relationships and helping the firm with its BD activities
English qualification (candidates who are qualified in other common law jurisdictions can be considered).
