Job Description:

We are looking for an Investment Executive to join our team in Greater Boston. Reporting to the Senior Vice President Retail, you will guide clients through tailored investment solutions, helping them achieve their financial goals while maintaining compliance with industry standards. This position is ideal for a proactive and client-focused individual with a strong background in investment advisory and sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide clients with expert advice on non-deposit investment products, ensuring solutions align with their financial objectives
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend investment strategies to optimize performance
  • Manage ongoing client relationships through regular financial plan reviews and responsive communication
  • Execute investment transactions in strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies
  • Resolve client issues effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Banking Center teams to enhance cross-functional performance and drive results
  • Oversee and support the training of a Financial Services Assistant to ensure operational excellence
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and market trends to maintain expertise in the field
  • Participate in community engagement and marketing initiatives to promote investment services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent through specialized training
  • Active Series 7 and 65 or 66 licenses
  • Massachusetts Life and Health Insurance licenses are required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment sales or advisory roles

Nice to have:

Certified Financial Planner designation is preferred
