Job Description:

Investment Counselor role covering the Israel Market, working closely with Private Bankers to provide investment services to Citi's ultra-high net worth clients and family offices. The role involves advising clients on portfolios, asset allocation, capital markets solutions, and alternative investments while leveraging Citi Private Bank's extensive global investment product platform.

Job Responsibility:

Advise clients on portfolios, asset allocation, capital markets solutions, money markets, and alternatives
Act as primary conduit to Citi Private Bank's global investment product platform
Collaborate with Private Bankers to provide investment services to ultra-high net worth clients and family offices
Deliver agreed sales goals within CPB business strategy
Engage and advise clients on brokerage activity and execute trades
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

Postgraduate Degree Educated or equivalent preferred
CFA or equivalent registration preferred
Complete relevant regulatory qualifications
Experience of the financial industry, preferably in a trading or advisory role
Investment, banking and either portfolio management or trading experience
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to cope with ambiguity & change
Ability to challenge status quo and continuously optimize processes
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients
Successful team player with ability to work individually under stress
High level of professionalism and strong personal integrity
High level of competence in Bloomberg, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong creative and interpersonal skills coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and selling skills
Possesses a broad base of execution skills
Requires advanced judgment and conducts in-depth analysis

Experience with ultra-high net worth clients (AUM of $25MM or more)
Experience across currencies, asset classes, markets and jurisdictions
