Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Investment Coordinator to support Portfolio Managers within a collaborative, high‑performing investment management environment. The team is intentionally looking for stability, strong execution, and someone who takes pride in enabling others' success. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility for overtime as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one remote.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Portfolio Managers, supporting day-to-day investment operations
  • Coordinate corporate access, research meetings, and industry events in partnership with Broker Relations and Corporate Access teams
  • Manage complex scheduling, calendars, travel logistics, and expense processing
  • Proactively source, track, and distribute research materials, company presentations, and financial models
  • Maintain and update coverage universes, meeting logs, and internal tracking systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sell-side partners, corporates, and internal stakeholders
  • Track participation in conferences, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal use of time and resources
  • Support compliance processes related to meetings, expert calls, and external engagements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, collaborative demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working closely with investment professionals
