Job Responsibility:

  • Develop customized financial plans through a wide range of products and services
  • Engage with existing clients and warm leads
  • Provide investment solutions and grow relationships with a dedicated local advisor
  • Prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments
  • Plan for post-appointment follow-up
  • Seek to understand clients’ goals and objectives
  • Refer clients to a wealth management partner based on needs and financial complexity
  • Work directly with clients to help them make investment decisions that are in their best interest

Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Effectively utilizing Fidelity’s guidance tools
  • Leveraging technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments
  • Growing relationships through proactive outreach
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful
  • Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions
  • Outstanding communication and consultative skills
