Investment Banking Program Analyst

• Work with clients to understand financing needs and provide tailored solutions for capital market transactions
• Create pitches/term sheets across the Fund Solutions product set
• Assist with structured product structuring and modeling
• Work closely with rating agencies to obtain debt ratings
• Assist with transaction distribution/syndication to non-bank lenders
• Conduct thorough due diligence including reviewing financial statements, fund documents and legal agreements
• Write detailed credit and approval committee memos
• Work closely with internal and external counsel to negotiate legal documentation
• Negotiate, structure, and execute amendments and other facility modifications
• Monitor financial performance and internal credit ratings of borrowers and limited partners
• Complete Annual reviews
• Partner on advisory engagements
• Partner with deal team members and internal partners to manage internal compliance, booking, and funding processes
• Assist with the refinement of Fund Solutions internal processes and procedures

• 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• 6+ months of capital markets or lending experience
• Experience with originating and monitoring subscription facilities, NAV facilities, asset backed finance facilities, leveraged cash flow lending facilities, securitizations, or other structured products
• Knowledgeable of private capital, fund finance, and structured finance industries
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's Degree with academic distinction and coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance
• Experience in investment banking
• Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities

• Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused collaborative and fast paced team environment
• Registration FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date
• Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date
• Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date

Experience with originating and monitoring subscription facilities, NAV facilities, asset backed finance facilities, leveraged cash flow lending facilities, securitizations, or other structured products is strongly preferred
