Job Description:

Two-year early career program for Investment Banking Analysts in the Mid-Cap Investment Banking group. The program includes comprehensive training in financial accounting, cash flow, credit analysis, products, structuring, corporate valuation and financial modeling. Analysts work on developing strategies for clients, building detailed financial models, analyzing market data, and preparing client presentations while receiving on-the-job coaching and mentoring.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models to depict projected financial results and value companies
  • Working closely with senior bankers on presentations, financial and credit analysis, and preparation of financial projections and models
  • Supporting various financial analyses including valuations and merger consequences
  • Performing comprehensive company and industry research
  • Preparing presentations and other materials for clients
  • Conducting research and participating in strategic planning
  • Assisting in execution of advisory services
  • Preparing credit packages and monitoring existing deals
  • Creating pitches, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Participating in client meetings, due diligence visits, and other client interactions

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2025 – June 2026
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a collaborative, change-driven environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) within 90 days of hire
  • Registration for FINRA Series 79 within 90 days of hire
  • Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam within 90 days of hire
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring future visa sponsorship

Nice to have:

  • Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad programs, leadership positions, or non-profit involvement
  • Demonstrated knowledge, interest and/or experience with financial markets, banking, or financial services industry
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
