Job Description Summary: Play an integral role in the department's activities with a high level of responsibility as a member of a specific industry-focused team. Responsibilities include formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios and preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s: Accounting
  • Bachelor’s: Business Administration
  • Bachelor’s: Finance
  • General Experience - More than 15 years
  • Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
  • Determine and analyze trends from data
  • Develop financial and economic models
  • Estimate and manage the effort and finances to complete the work within budget
  • Understand numerical concepts and use them to carry out mathematical operations
