Investment Banking Off Cycle Intern

What will you do? Assisting in execution of mandated deals; Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials; Gathering public information through numerous sources; Creating financial model analyses; Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics; Building company forecast models; Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or M&A assignments; Producing and maintaining various databases; General research. What do you need to succeed? Must have University degree or equivalent; Hardworking, resilient, enthusiastic and professional work ethic; Sound judgement with strong analytical and quantitative skills and high attention to detail; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels; Teamwork approach with colleagues; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Advanced computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Fluency in English and Dutch.
