Investment Banking Client Strategy Consultant

• Lead client targeting and coverage strategy across Banking
• Manage a variety of assigned and ongoing business management operations
• Research, develop and execute on strategic priorities requiring deep analyses of internal metrics and industry trends
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives
• Collaborate to craft clear and compelling narratives by leveraging creative data visualization and story-telling
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 4+ years of Corporate & Investment Banking experience
• 4+ years of experience at a global, highly matrixed financial services firm
• Experience working in or with front-line investment banking teams and leadership
• Experience executing large projects on complex topics with clear deliverables and recommendations
• Thought leader in topics that improve the overall franchise, including strategies to drive client engagement, improve efficiency, create leverage and scale
• Understanding of the Investment Banking and Corporate Banking businesses
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations and reporting
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and act with urgency when supporting leadership requests
