Job Description

Join us as an Investment Banking Associate, FIG at Barclays, where you will advise clients on a wide range of strategic transactions across Insurance, FinTech, Banks and Specialty Finance, and Asset and Wealth Management Verticals. You will have the opportunity to conduct industry research, evaluate key trends and opportunities, develop financial models, perform valuation assesses, and ensure the execution of transactions. You will also prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior leadership, while nurturing and building ample relationships with other industry professionals.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Investment Banking experience
  • Direct FIG and/or FinTech Investment Banking experience preferred
  • however, we will also consider related experience in Private Equity, Equity Research, Consulting or Corporate Development
  • Experience with financial statement evaluation, modelling, and pitchbook preparation
