Investment Banking Associate - Power

• Participate in analyzing companies and client investments
• Review and analyze market data, valuation analyses, models, and presentations
• Present recommendations for resolving business challenges
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

• Develop Investment Banking Analyst talent

• 2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking working with Energy and Power clients
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's Degree with academic distinction and coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance
• Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities
• Dedication to building a career in Investment Banking
• Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused collaborative and fast paced team environment with a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
