Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Energy and Power coverage team. This role involves analyzing companies and investments, reviewing market data and valuations, presenting recommendations, and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in analyzing companies and client investments
Review and analyze market data, valuation analyses, models, and presentations
Present recommendations for resolving business challenges
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal and external customers
Develop Investment Banking Analyst talent

Requirements:

2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
2+ years of experience in Investment Banking working with Energy and Power clients
Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Strong financial modeling skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's Degree with academic distinction and coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance
Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities
Dedication to building a career in Investment Banking
Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused collaborative and fast paced team environment
