Investment Banking Analyst

• Work with senior Corporate & Investment Bank professionals
• Participate and support client transactions, projects or assignments
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data used in client proposals
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Evaluate company's financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
• Preparation of presentation materials including management presentations and board materials
• Assess risk when making business decisions
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• 5.0/6.0 GPA (Swiss scale 1-6), 1.6 or higher (German scale 1-5), 2:1 or equivalent
• Final year of university or graduated in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
• Interest in business and previous relevant Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory working experience
• Fluent in English
