Investment Banking Analyst

• Support senior bankers in relationship responsibilities including idea generation and interaction with clients
• Provide support to deliver Wells Fargo's full platform capabilities
• Lead preparation of written material including pitch books, proposals, client materials
• Play key role in transaction execution including preparing materials, supporting due diligence, and negotiation
• Stay abreast of key market developments
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to arrange client meetings

• Experience in Investment Banking Program or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• University Bachelor's degree or above with relevant focus
• Corporate and Investment banking experience through prior intern experience, training, and/or education
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Solid financial modeling experience
• Must be fluent in Japanese and English
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage and develop relationships with clients and internal partners
• Strong cultural fit
• Capable of multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
• Required to attain and hold relevant licenses upon joining
