Job Description:

Investment Banking Analyst role assisting clients in navigating capital markets to raise funds and providing strategic advisory services for complex financial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities. Acts as an intermediary in trading operations for clients and contributes to formulating tailored investment strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate closely with senior Corporate & Investment Bank officers and experienced professionals
  • Organize and rigorously analyse sophisticated financial data
  • Prepare written recommendations, comprehensive valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitch presentations
  • Conduct economic and financial research
  • Evaluate company's financial performance against industry and market trends
  • Construct and maintain complex financial models for valuation purposes
  • Assess and mitigate risk in all business decisions
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Currently in final year of university studies or a recent graduate
  • Expected to achieve or have achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent academic standing) at undergraduate level
  • Bachelor's/University degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration required
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Strong demonstrable interest in business and the broader financial industry
  • Record of strong academic achievement
