Job Description

2027 Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst Program. Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services to over 12,000 clients around the world, including over 90% of the S&P 500. Investment Banking delivers strategic advisory, capital raising, and risk management expertise for global corporations, financial sponsors, institutional clients, and alternative asset managers. The Investment Banking Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed for undergraduates interested in building the technical and professional skills required for a long-term career in investment banking. Analysts are aligned to a product or industry coverage group where they support live transactions, prepare client materials, collaborate with bankers, and receive ongoing mentorship and feedback.

Job Responsibility

  • Contributing to the build out of financial models and supporting financial analysis
  • Conducting company and industry research
  • Preparing client materials and pitch presentations
  • Participating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions
  • Collaborating with senior bankers across sectors and geographies
  • Supporting the development of junior team members

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026–June 2027
  • Strong academic achievement
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
